Learning about Prayer
“God shapes the world by prayer.”
“Prayers outlive the lives of those who uttered them; outlive a generation, outlive an age, outlive a world.” (E. M. Bounds)
Prayer is so vital to our Christian walk, and yet, if we are honest, we must confess that prayer can be a struggle. What should I pray? Why do I struggle to make time to pray? Why can't I concentrate when I pray? If you struggle with these questions, you are not alone. Find some ways to live into what the Apostle Paul told us to do in 1 Thessalonians 5: "Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus."
