Sunday School (September through April)
Sunday mornings are filled with various opportunities for all the children of New Life to be guided on their journey with Christ! Sunday School meets after our worship service from 10:45-11:30 AM.

BLAST (September through April)
BLAST is for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade on Wednesday evenings. The evening begins with a large-group storytelling session that creatively brings Bible stories alive and helps children relate to God’s teachings. The evening continues in a small group setting, where each child is intentionally shepherded by an adult committed to using his/her shepherding gift. It concludes with a time dedicated to worshiping God through music, movement and creative expression.

Kids’ Evangelism Explosion (September through April)
On Wednesday evenings, Kids’ Evangelism Explosion (Kids’ EE) is a discipleship training program for children in 6th grade that clarifies the truth of the gospel message and helps children to internalize it for life, encourages a personal, daily walk with Jesus and equips them to share it with others. Kids’ EE uses a hands-on approach that allows each child to participate interactively in Scripture learning, skits, crafts, cadences and songs.

Sunday School (September through April)
Sunday school meets after the worship service from 10:45-11:30 AM.

TIC (Teens In Christ) (September through April)
TIC, our 7th and 8th-grade youth group, meets Wednesday nights during the school year from 6:30-7:30 PM. Feel free to join us before TIC in the Worship Center to play 9 Square in the Air, GaGa Ball and hang out. We typically begin TIC playing games in the Worship Center then move to the TIC Room for testimonies, lesson activities or small group discussions. Our goal is to help you understand how much God loves you, connect you to Christ through the Holy Spirit and create a safe place for you to come and be loved and accepted for who God has created you to be!
Events are a large part of our ministry: Lock-in (October), Middle School Retreat (April) and Power Connection (July).

BASIC (Brothers And Sisters In Christ) (September through April)
BASIC,  our high school youth group, meets from 7:45-9:00 PM on Wednesday nights during the school year. We meet in a large group in the BASIC room to enjoy each others’ presence and get centered on Jesus through worship, testimonies and Scripture. One or two times a month we meet in small groups, per grade and gender, which typically meet outside the church walls – homes, restaurants, etc.  BASIC exists for three main reasons: Center on Christ, to connect you with loving Christ followers, and to give you opportunities to serve the world!
We have several events for our high school ministry:  a fall and spring retreat, two to three fundraiser meals and each summer we either attend Rocky Mountain High or HIS Work Camp in Alcoa, TN.

These classes take place Sunday morning after worship and Wednesday evenings, 6:15-7:30 PM. These groups will help you grow and deepen your relationship with God and others. They change periodically throughout the year.

Wednesday Family Night (September through April)
Our Family Night Meal begins at 5:30 PM and concludes at 6:15 PM when our teaching ministries begin. All families are welcome to join us for a time of fellowship and sharing a meal. Children continue to be guided in developing good habits of prayer, worship, scripture memorization, Bible reading and church attendance through our Wednesday ministries. Our shepherds and volunteers work diligently to present the Bible in an effective way that transforms our children’s lives.

There are generally several different studies going on at any given time – and you are welcome to join!

The PCE (Pastoral Care Elder) Ministry purpose is that the presence of Jesus and the power of His love are experienced through the body of Christ at New Life Church.   We seek to demonstrate the love of Christ in a variety of ways:  when God’s people are in need, by coming alongside of them through difficult times, and staying connected to them when they are unable to attend worship services due to illness or aging.  We also join in celebrating the blessings of God’s grace to us:  birthdays, anniversaries,  new memberships, births, marriages or other happy events.  The PCE ministry desires every member of New Life to encounter the love of Jesus no matter what age or circumstance they experience in life.
